Workshop Overview

Do you often question what you are doing and whether it is working? Are there times you apply an exercise but it doesn’t give you the result you were expecting?

There has recently been major break throughs in how we define functional anatomy and movement. This has lead to different and more effective perspectives of creating “change” in the body.

Mobilizers are a way of "speaking the body's language".  Mobilizers give the body movement that it welcomes; stimulating and moving muscles that in today's society create inefficient movement habits. Mobilizers are designed to increase the stabilization and movement of the joints. These changes occur quickly. In fact, mobilizers can bring about INSTANT results to your clients!

I’m sure we can all accept that three-dimensional movement is a necessity for everyday life. However, many programs I view don’t have any correlation to how we move in life. This workshop will teach you the principles of what the body needs to be successful in life; how to feed it “INTELLIGENT INFORMATION” that “turns it on” not shuts it down!
