Workshop Overview
Brendon has extensively researched rehabilitative needs and processes at their deepest level to get the best results for his clients. In doing so, Brendon has developed a unique and very effective approach to exercise based rehabilitation for clients presenting with a wide range of needs.
This workshop explores Brendon’s approach to the early phases of the exercise rehabilitation process for musculoskeletal injuries and dysfunction. Understanding a client’s unique Physiological Landscape and the way in which a range of factors including exercise, sleep, nutrition, and stress management will influence this landscape, sets the foundation for this workshop.
The workshop places emphasis on both the theoretical frameworks and practical delivery of early phase exercise, while exploring scientific principles behind effective cueing of exercise and client-practitioner engagement. Tips to optimise injury recovery with lifestyle modifications and an outcomes focus add the icing to the cake in this rehabilitation process.
