Workshop Overview

Workshop Overview

Dave has been lucky enough to work alongside and experience the work of many of the world’s best rehabilitation and movement experts. He has trialled and tested the techniques he will teach over 20 years of practice with clients.  Dave takes you through a tour of corrective exercises that work.

The anatomy theory, and the how to do’s of techniques will be covered.  This will be a hands-on practical workshop that will cover key corrective exercises – mobilisers, stretches, motor control and strength exercises for:
•    Feet/Ankles
•    Knees
•    Hip/Lumbar
•    Thoracic spine
•    Shoulder
•    Wrist
•    Neck

All techniques will be justified then participants will learn how to perform and teach exercises.  Techniques are derived and modified from Shirley Sahrmann, Kinetic Control, Bryce Hastings, Ian O’Dwyer, Paul Chek, Phillip Beach, and Brian Mulligan.  There will be a large emphasis on exercises that can be taught to clients/patients.
